"It's my throw-on-and-go winter dress." 21 things the Mamamia team shopped this month.

In case you missed it, the weather has officially changed.

And for that reason, the Mamamia team have been shopping new clothes, shoes and accessories for the cooler months ahead. (It's been two years without proper winter fits, can you blame us?)

In the name of no gatekeeping, we've shared our finds with each other and want you to be across them too.

Before we get into it, here's what we're wearing into the office. Post continues after video.

Country Road Sierra Mule, $179.

"I love wearing sandals to break up an outfit and show some skin when wearing pants, so I've been hunting for a wintery pair that do just that. After scouring the internet, I landed on these loafers - they are easy to slip on, not too chunky like other options, and reasonably priced. Love!" - Charlotte Begg, Lifestyle Writer.

Witchery Leaf Dot Mesh Dress, $129.95.

"I love this dress so much, I've ordered it in two colours. The mesh A-line cut is so flattering and comfortable, and the print makes it so easy to chuck on with boots. Whilst both prints I ordered have now sold out (they go SO quickly), Witchery has released another variation which I'll be snagging too. My throw-on-and-go winter dress." - Charlotte Begg, Lifestyle Writer.

Bec + Bridge Harriet Pant, $260.

"These Bec + Bridge trousers. I had them already in lilac and loved them - they're so comfy and flattering - so I bought them in black and have already worn them to death. I'm probably going to buy the ivory too." - Talia Phillips, Strategy Manager.
