Every year we are hit with the most popular baby names.

Sometimes, we just can’t wait and get hit with the half year results.

While it’s an achievement to be the most popular for a whole year… maybe even a couple of years. To be the most popular for a whole century… well that deserves a trophy.

The US Social Security website has taken a look at all of its records for the last 100 years and come up with the most popular baby names for each year. Based on the most used name for the last century.

What this really means is that you most likely have one of these names, or have a family member with these names, or a friend.
