We could not be more jealous of Mariah Carey’s spacious Bel Air mansion. But then for the asking price it would want to be pretty fabulous.
Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon placed their Bel Air mansion up for sale in late February this year for an incredible $13 million.
That’s more than double what they payed for the 11,000 square foot block in 2009.
Now that’s savvy real estate.
The home is in a gated community and expands over 12,000m² land. They upgraded the home when they bought it and now has a grand entrance, a master bedroom (that some are calling a penthouse) and a formal dining room with a cosy fireplace.
There is also an enormous kitchen and plenty of space to entertain friends.
