Summer Robert was 14 years old when she first saw a doctor about her breasts.

They were disproportionate to her body, and her mother wanted to check that everything was okay.

"Should I be concerned?" Summer's mother asked the GP. "Should she get a reduction?"

The doctor said nothing was wrong, Summer's breasts were just big. But her BMI was too high for a reduction.

After that appointment, the teenager's breasts kept growing. But every time she asked for a reduction, she was given the same response.

"I've been going to the doctor since I was a teenager; no one could actually help," Summer told Mamamia.

Then, she found a lump in her breast. And things changed.

Thankfully, the lump wasn't cancerous. But the specialist suggested Summer get a breast reduction just to be safe.

"There's so much surface area there for something to grow," she recalled.

Finally, she was about to get the thing she had been begging for since she was 14.

So she went to see a surgeon. But, once again, he denied the reduction due to her BMI.

At that point, Summer, who is 4'11" in height, had grown 11 bra sizes in just one year.

"Every month, I was going up a size. And I was really confused," she said.

Though the specialist couldn't give her a reduction, he did have some answers for Summer.

He diagnosed her with macromastia — a disproportionate enlargement of the breasts.

"He explained that at 25 years old your hormones change, and that triggered my macromastia," Summer said.

Apart from the name of the condition, however, the specialist's knowledge was limited to a Wikipedia page — which he printed off and handed to the patient.

From there, she was on her own. And there was nowhere to hide from the comments and stares.

"I hated my body."

"I used to get harassed all the time," she said, adding that it made her insecure. "I hated my body."

"I've had an ex-boyfriend's parents tell me I shouldn't be wearing a bikini in a swimming pool," she continued. "I'm like, 'what am I meant to wear?'"

More recently, Summer got kicked out of a popular tourist destination.

She and her friend were stopped by a worker, who informed Summer that a guest had complained about her outfit.

"Excuse me, I'm a mother, I'm an aunty, I'm a sister, and what you're wearing is not appropriate. It's not right at all. You need to go and cover them up," Summer, who was wearing a long-sleeved top and a skirt, was told.

At this point, a woman walked past them in a sports bra. But when Summer pointed that out, the worker dismissed her.

"I'm not talking about her right now. You need to go to the shop and buy a cardigan and cover yourself up, or you have to leave."

With the sun beaming down, Summer knew that adding more layers wasn't an option. So she agreed to leave.

Once she and her friend were outside the premises, they popped into the shop for a souvenir. But the worker was right behind them.

"Unless you're in here buying something to cover yourself up, you have to leave," she was told.

Frustrated, the pair left the shop and walked two minutes to another nearby shop.

But the worker reappeared, refused Summer entry again, and ushered the women away from the venue.

"It was honestly so traumatising," Summer said.

As a former bar manager, Summer has also been called names like "desperate" and had drinks thrown at her.

One night, towards the end of a 12-hour shift, she reached her tether.

"I was so tired and these two men came in, and they were clearly drunk and annoying," she recalled. "The first thing they said was, 'Oh my god, look at the size of her t*ts!"

Summer was willing to let the comment slide. But the men wouldn't let up.

"You're like the Scottish Dolly Parton," one said.

"He kept calling me Scotch Dolly and shouting the name at me."

When Summer tried to kick them out, the men ignored her until the bar's chef insisted they leave.

Summer then retreated to the kitchen and balled her eyes out. The chef came to console her.

"He's like f**k them, honestly, who cares? You're beautiful," Summer recalled.

He then insisted Summer give him her phone.

A new career.

"Do you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to make you an OnlyFans right now. We're going to call it Scotch Dolly," the chef said.

Summer waved off the idea.

"I was like, 'Shut up. You're being so ridiculous. No one's going to want to see that.'"

But the chef convinced Summer to let him make an account for her and post it on her Snapchat.

She went to bed that night convinced nothing would come from it. But the next day, without a single post, she had made $800.

From there, a new career was born.

Listen to No Filter: Bonnie Blue requested an interview with us. We almost said no. Post continues below.

"I was like, 'Okay, I could probably do this as a career,' Summer said. "And I did. It's literally not stopped."

A big part of her content is breast worship, which has transformed her body image.

"On OnlyFans, the men aren't just cat-calling me in the street. They're being like, 'You're beautiful. You're literally everything that I want in a woman. You're gorgeous.'"

Ironically, if Summer was offered a breast reduction today, she would say no.

"There's no way. I wouldn't do it; it's such a big part of my personality now," she said.

However, medically, there's a chance that could change.

"When I spoke to the specialist, he said: 'Look, I can't tell you that your boobs are going to stop growing, but I also can't tell you that they're going to keep growing. It's dependent on your body. And if you do want a reduction, I could give you one, but they will come back."

If Summer's breasts grow to a point where they impact her everyday life, she will consider getting surgery.

"I'll just have to get a reduction and then wait a couple of years and then get another reduction," she said.

For now though, the OnlyFans star is just glad to be confident in her body.

"I love my body so much now. I'm super confident in my own skin, and I'm happy that it's become a positive thing, because growing up it was not. But now it is, and I'm happy."
