The secret weapon on this year's Logies red carpet: Lactation.

It was all about defying gravity at this year’s Logies.

Delta, Asher, Carrie, Georgie, Jennifer, Sonia, Sylvia, Dannii…..they are just some of the women who took the word cleavage to new lows – in a good way. This is look pioneered by J-Lo at the Grammys back in the day.

It’s a risky move, Extreme Cleavage. It requires nerves of steel and a lot of this:

So. Much. Hollywood tape.

What’s heartening about this trend is that you don’t have to be 22 to pull it off. Extreme Cleavagers ranged in age from early twenties to 50 and every decade in between.

The key to avoiding bad things is to avoid this look if you have big boobs. None of these women are bigger than a C cup max.

Oh, and it helps it you are lactating: Carrie Bickmore, Asher Keddie and Sonia Kruger all have newborns. As Sonia Kruger said:

Sonia: “You can tell all the new mums on the red carpet, can’t you? They’ve all got ample cleavage. And here’s just not a lot you can do about it.”

Good on them for even getting out of the house. They all look stunning.
