While people around the Western world were dressing up like witches and zombies, Lena Dunham drew on a substantially more terrifying concept for her Halloween costume.

It involved a cat costume and a pair of hands.

If you’re a fan of Dunham and know how vocal she’s been about a certain billionaire-businessman-turned-politician, you can probably see where this is going.

Yes. She went as a “ Grabbed Pussy “.

The ..-year-old actress/writer/producer shared the picture on Instagram yesterday, and more than 90,000 likes and thousands of comments later, her followers are still heaping praise on the outfit.

“Hero”, wrote one. “Perfect”, another. And our personal favourite, “The hands are too big though”.

In case you missed it, Dunham’s outfit is a swipe at Donald Trump’s proud proclamation that his wealth and fame meant he could “ grab [women] right on the pussy “.

The comment (and a number of other vomit-inducing statements) were captured on a 2005 video recording and published byThe Washington Postlast month.

Taking to Twitter shortly after the story broke, Dunham – a vocal Hilary Clinton supporter – said Trump’s comments were not only hurtful to women, but to anyone who’d ever known the “shame and fear” of not having control over their body.

“We need better lessons for our daughters. We need better lessons from our president,” she wrote.
