Larry Emdur ditches the Morning Show for the gun show in a new shirtless selfie.

Now, I’ll begin this by saying I am not about objectifying men, as I am not about objectifying women.

All sexes are beautiful and sometimes that beauty needs to be appreciated. Like, perhaps appreciated in an article dedicated to a particular person’s beauty, perhaps.

Today, we are appreciating the great Larry Emdur.

Welcome to the @morningshowon7 @angelacox7 .. See I told you I’m not the only snake

He is also super fit. Like hot bod fit.

Emdur was crowned Men’s Health Magazine’s ‘Celeb Man of 2015’, a title the presenter wore with pride.

As the 51-year-old gears up to pass on the crown, he posted a touching Instagram snap to his 80k followers on Tuesday night, reflecting on all he’s achieved in the past year.

Last workout this arvo before I hand over the “Men’s Health Celeb Man” crown tonight . It’s been an absolute thrill and honour to hold the title for the last year. “Do you still have the Men’s Health cover body?” Is the question I get asked most nowadays . The answer is NO, not really. I’m 52 this year, it’s certainly more challenging at this age .I’m still focused on fitness and staying on the health and wellness path .. At least I have one thing in common with all the youngsters competing this year .We all get up at 4am , them to go to the gym and me to go to the toilet . The tattoo on my chest says “If not now,When?” That motto still gets me up and exercising most days .Feel free to use it, it works !!! . Good luck to all the boys tonight , an outstanding pack of uber-fit legends. !! #FU52 @menshealthau   A photo posted by @larryemdur on May 3, 2016 at 12:33am PDT

“Last workout this arvo [sic] before I hand over the “Men’s Health Celeb Man” crown tonight,” Emdur began.

“It’s been an absolute thrill and honour to hold the title for the last year.”

Emdur continued by saying the question he is most often asked is does he still have the Men’s Health Cover body?

“The answer is NO, not really. I’m 52 this year, it’s certainly more challenging at this age,” Emdur wrote.

“I’m still focused on fitness and staying on the health and wellness path. At least I have one thing in common with all the youngsters competing this year: We all get up at 4am, them to go to the gym and me to go to the toilet.”

What’s your most embarrassing gym moment? The Mamamia team confess theirs below.

Emdur says his motivation comes in the form of the permanent ink displayed on his chest.

“The tattoo on my chest says, “If not now,When?” That motto still gets me up and exercising most days.”

The 206 Mens Health Awards were held in Sydney last night, with Wallabies player, Nick Phipps, taking away the top gong.

Emdur wish his predecessors luck on his Instagram post, “Good luck to all the boys tonight, an outstanding pack of uber-fit legends.”

Phipps, you’ve got some pretty fine shoes to fill.
