Former professional basketballer and ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom, has told US Weekly he regrets taking drugs and sleeping with other women while married.
While the 37-year-old tried to conceal his drug addiction from his partner of seven years, his efforts failed, he explained.
“Around two years before we split up [2011], I was in the man cave she had made for me and she caught me,” the told the magazine, according to the New York Post. “She was disappointed. So was I. The sad thing about it is, I don’t know if I was disappointed because I was actually doing the drug or because she caught me.”
“She knew I was doing cocaine the whole time after that. It was my drug of choice. I’m not going to say she accepted it because that would be the wrong word,” he said. “Tolerated would be a better word.”
Odom carries deep shame about being unfaithful to Kardashian, he says, curiously explaining “b*tches and Thots came out of the woodwork” around the same time as his infatuation with narcotics. ‘Thot’, for those unaware, is basically slang for other derogatory terms about women.
“If there is one thing I regret when I was married, it was having multiple affairs with different women. That wasn’t the stand-up thing to do. I wish I could have kept my d*ck in my pants,” he said.

One of the final blows was when now 32-year-old Kardashian found the ex-NBA star with another woman.
“She caught me in a sleazy motel room in LA, getting high with this one girl. It was atrocious. Looking back, I’m like, ‘What are you doing?’ That was like sticking a knife in her heart and twisting it. She didn’t deserve it. She always tried to help me with the drugs,” he said. “I rejected the help.”
Following a highly publicised overdose and subsequent stint in rehab at the end of 2015, Odom says he is now sober, something he describes as a “great feeling”.
