Kim Kardashian's new ad: Actually really funny.

Just when you thought that Kim Kardashian was just a giant booty with eyes, turns out she’s kind of funny too.

Kimmy K starred in an ad in the most expensive time slot in the US calendar year – the Superbowl (which is a giant American football final, NOT a really big dish).

And it’s actually pretty good. No really, Kim Kardashian made a funny, and we’re so proud of her.

This is not the ad, FYI.

The ad starts off with a very serious tone. “Hi, I’m Kim”, says Kim Kardashian in probably the most unnecessary introduction ever. A subtitle says ‘Kim Kardashian West: Famous Person’. Kim continues very sombrely; “Each month, millions of gigs of unused data are taken back by wireless companies. Tragic.”

Look at you, Kim! So sarcastic, so paradoxical!

In other Kim news: She’s releasing a book. And the cover is… interesting.

Cut to shots of Kim taking a bunch of selfies. “Data you paid for that can be used to see my make-up, my backhand, my outfits, my vacations, and my outfits.” (That’s right, she said ‘outfits’ twice. Good one, Kimmy.) “Please, help save the data.”

Good for you, KKW. We love a celebrity who can make fun of their own celebrity-ness. And probably get paid a few bajillion dollars, but mainly, for the fun-poking.

Check it out. She has clothes on almost the whole time:
