No, forget ‘cheat meal’, Kardashian does ‘cheat days’ and has shared exactly what that consists of on her website. Brace yourselves – it’s epic.

On this particular day in question, Khloe headed with sister Kim and her children down to a store opening in San Diego.
Knowing no road trip is complete without a Macca’s run, Khloe opted for a McDonald’s Egg McMuffin and four hash browns for breakfast.

For dinner, the family gathered to celebrate grandmother Mary Jo Campbell’s birthday over a feast that included fried avocado, almond-crusted halibut and of course birthday cake.

Kardashian is well known for her super-organised pantry which as well as all the healthy foods you can imagine contains snacks of your dreams, artfully arranged oreo cookie jars and plenty of ingredients to get baking with.
While everyone knows being healthy is all about balance, sometimes you just need a day to indulge in a doughnut or five.
