Seriously Hollywood, please don't remake this classic Robin Williams film.

No thank you, Sony. No thank you.

Remaking movies seems to be a “thing” nowadays.

We’ve heard about The Craft remake, about a new Anne of Green Gables and Now and Then is even getting in on the action too.

Now, it appears Sony has rolled the dice and landed on Jumanji for its next movie makeover.

Sony, we appreciate the gesture, but please don’t.

Since its release in 1995, (oh man we’re old), Jumanji has established itself as a classic 90’s film.

To remake it would be like bringing back scrunchies. It was great at the time, so let’s just leave it in the 90’s where it belongs.

Due to come out on the 25th December in 2016, the movie has already attracted some attention of the negative variety.

It’s a risky, risky move Sony.

We hope you are willing to spend 26 years in the deepest, darkest part of the jungle if this thing isn’t remade to perfection.

Here are a few other movies that should not be remade.

A Now and Then remake is on the cards. Be still, our beating hearts.

Meet the new Anne of Green Gables.

Stop it. The best film of 1996 is getting a remake.
