Also called the ‘ Bodymoded Punky ‘, Joel is a 23-year-old extreme body artist from Germany. And ‘extreme’ is not an exaggeration.

All in all, Joel has 27 piercings, 6 tattoos, a SPLIT TONGUE, a bunch of ‘implants’ (whatever that means) and a ‘branded buttocks’.

As for those holes, he’s been stretching them a little bit at a time since he was 13. Apparently he has to take smaller bites when eating, and he needs to put caps on them when drinking water, but other than that, he doesn’t notice them.
