We’re calling it: this is Jennifer Lawrence’s most dramatic hair change since her pixie cut.
Shorter. Blonder. Loving it. (Source: Getty.)
Oh, J. Law — you hair chameleon, you.
We love how Jennifer Lawrence continually switches up her hair, and her newest style doesn’t disappoint.
The Oscar-winning actress debuted her latest chop at a handprint ceremony in Hollywood, which she attended with her fellow Hunger Games stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson.
Gone are the long, golden extensions the 25-year-old has been wearing for the past few months — they've been replaced with a fresh, bright lob by renowned Hollywood stylist Riawna Capri.
The cut is a concave shape — that is, shorter at the back, and longer at the front — which frames the star's face beautifully. For the handprint ceremony, it was styled into gentle waves. (Post continues after video.)
Length aside, it's also worth mentioning this is the lightest colour we've ever seen on Lawrence, which is an exciting change in itself.
We adore the icy, near-platinum shade — it's a creamy, all-over pale blonde, without any hint of balayage or ombre in sight.
The overall effect is very elegant and chic, with the cut's clean edges and the single wash of sunny colour. Excuse us while we add this to our "summer hair" wishlist.
Is this Jennifer Lawrence's best hair of all time?
