10 first foods your baby will love.

Baby’s first foods will be the easiest cooking of your parenting life.

At some point between four and six months, most babies start solid food.

And while there is absolutely nothing wrong with buying pre-prepared baby food, I must admit I like to make my own. (Perhaps it’s my way of dealing with the twinge of guilt I still feel that both my children have been almost exclusively bottle fed.)

My daughter is at this point now, and I’ve put together a list of her favourite first foods.
