I mean't NOT a new way
It's a new way of cutting grape's, cherry tomatoes etc etc , you can do it also by just running your hand over it palm stretched out and round them around till they are all centre'd and then cut .. I guess it's a chef's secret.. I have been doing that way for many many years as a chef.
