Well, Kendall Jenner – who may we remind you is just 20 years old – is just about to close on a six bedroom, five bathroom, 4,800 square foot mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

Oh, and did we mention is formerly belonged to actor couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski? Yeah. That’s a lot of wealth.

Despite her young age – and outrageous spending ability – Kendall Jenner is by no means the richest Kardashian on the planet. In fact, she’s not even close. And you might be surprised by who beats her on the list.

So who’s the most kashed-up Kardashian of all?

1. Kim Kardashian – $105 millionTo be honest, we’d be surprised if Kimmy Kdidn’ttop the list – after all, she’s got the most Instagram followers. A true rag to riches story (just let us roll with this for a moment), Kim started out as a humble personal and wardrobe assistant to the IT GIRL of the early 2000s, Paris Hilton. Cut to 2016, and she’s married to rapper Kanye West (who is worth $145 million himself), and has endless endorsement deals, clothing and accessory lines, and even a mobile phone app to her name to keep her bank account topped to the max.

2. Caitlyn Jenner – $100 million Surprised? The former Olympic gold medalist – and world record breaker – is only worth $5 million less than Kim Kardashian. Let’s not forget that she made millions from her endorsement deals during her time as one of the US’s most successful athletes. Oh, and the fact that she was paid a reported $6.4 million to film a reality TV series about her transition from Bruce to Caitlyn.

3. Kris Jenner – $60 millionThat’s a solid amount of cash flow for the woman who coined – and then patented – the word ‘momager’. Kris successfully manages all her kid’s careers, and that means she gets a cut of everything they earn. Winning.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian – $25 million each While the older and younger sisters of Kim haven’t quite reached the same level of fame (i.e. the ability to #BreakTheInternet or grace the cover ofVoguemagazine), they did have their own successful spin-off reality TV series. Khloe is reportedly paid at least $40,000 perKeeping Up With The Kardashiansepisode, and we’re guessing Kourt’s pay check is about the same. Make it rain, gals.

5. Kendall and Kylie Jenner – $10 million eachThey may be worth only 10 percent of what big sis Kim is, but don’t underestimate the Jenner kids. (Reminder: did youseeKendall Jenner’s new digs?) With their Instagram followers creeping up on Kim, a successful line of clothing and cosmetics, and career opportunities that take them around the globe, they could be topping the Kardashian rich list in no time.
