Hillary Clinton just ravaged Trump's travel ban without using a single word.

Hillary Clinton has remained notably tight-lipped about her rival’s Presidency. There has been the odd thinly veiled jab – she praised last month’s Women’s March, she applauded “the message” in Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl performance. But the blows have been minor.

Until now.

Weighing in on the recent appeals court decision to uphold the suspension of Trump’s controversial travel ban, the former Democratic candidate has casually delivered one of the purest, most pointed burns the President is likely to cop.

3-0.

That’s it. No hashtags, no elaboration. Just the numbers.

Three judges, a unanimous decision.

And so the ban remains in limbo.

Trump's controversial executive order, which was signed on January 27, halted all refugee admissions for 120 days, indefinitely suspended the Syrian refugee program and also a banned citizens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen entering the US for 90 days.

However, the directive was frozen last Friday by a Seattle-based federal judge after the states of Washington and Minnesota filed a lawsuit arguing it was unconstitutional.

In quashing the appeal against the temporary suspension this week, the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals judges determined that the government had not presented sufficient evidence to prove that the executive order needed to be implemented immediately.

"We hold that the government has not shown a likelihood of success on the merits of its appeal, nor has it shown that failure to enter a stay would cause irreparable injury," the ruling stated, "and we therefore deny its emergency motion for a stay.”

The President made his thoughts on the ruling pretty clear via Twitter, writing "SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!"

The government is expected to take its appeal to the Supreme Court.
