If you’ve ever searched nail art on Pinterest, chances are you’ve seen scrolled past hundreds of pictures of perfect half-moon manicures.

At first glance, they seem to be a mani reserved for those highly skilled in the art of nail sorcery (or those, like Dita Von Teese, who have professionals at their beck and call).

The perfect curve of the polish, the dual tones… Seriously, could anyone really be bothered?

2 million people are obsessed with this manicure. Soon you will be too.

The good news is, there’s a secret weapon at your disposal that makes this otherwise tricky job super quick and super easy. Behold, the beauty hack of a lifetime:

BEHOLD.

They're reinforcement labels - stickers you put onto hole-punched paper to keep it from ripping.

In other words, they're available at any good newsagent. And they'll probably only set you back the price of a cheap nail polish.

You simply pop them onto the bottom quarter of your nail, then paint right over it. Peel off the stickers once your nails are dry, and it's done. Yes, really, it's that easy.

The $12 wonder drops that dry your nails instantly.

Of course, if you want to get technical, you can add base-coats, a different polish underneath (if you want a bit of colour contrast) and a top coat for a bit of shine.
