The $20 shampoo that keeps celebrity chef Anna Polyviou's pink hair looking so good.

Celebrity chef and Family Food Fight judgeAnna Polyviou, is well-known for two things:

Giving us major food envy thanks to her immaculate desserts (remember that 74-step MasterChef dessert challenge?), and her glorious, hot pink mohawk.

While her baking skills are still a complete mystery to us, we now know the products she uses to keep her colour-treated hair healthy, strong and damage-free.

Speaking to Amy Clark on Mamamia’s You Beauty podcast, Anna shared her brilliant ‘savey’ find, which she just happened to come across at Priceline.

“I use [Hair Recipe’s] Honey and Apricot [shampoo and conditioner] and it’s really good for my hair. It’s shiny, it feels great and it’s not that expensive,” she says.

“It’s actually feeding my hair.”

Listen to Anna Polyviou share her favourite products on You Beauty.

Thanks to her monthly colour touch-ups and weekly cuts, Anna is no stranger to putting in extra effort in her hair care routine. However, she’s especially concerned about keeping the damage to hair to a minimum, which is where Hair’s Recipe’s nourishing nutrient-rich formula comes in. The shampoo is also paraben, gluten and mineral oil free, which again, helps to keep your hair in tip-top condition.

“There’s a lot of damage and this just strengthens [my hair] up and that’s what I really need,” she says.

“I can’t have it really fragile, because once you start straightening your hair, it actually really affects it.

“This helps rebuild it and that’s what I love about it.”

"There's a lot of damage and this just strengthens it up and that's what I really need," says Anna.
