This ‘consciously uncoupling’ business is very civilised. So much so, these two are still under the same roof.
The most famous divorcing couple in Hollywood, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, are still living together.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s having a tough year. She’s going through a divorce, her business is in trouble and she’s being stalked by an obsessed fan.
Her restraining order against the stalker went to court last month. And while it was granted today, those legal papers also show that her ex-husband is still a resident in the family home.
The court injunction, obtained by TMZ, outlines that the alleged stalked can’t come within 100 yards of Paltrow for 3 years and directly names Chris Martin as one of the people under legal protection.
The alleged stalker Nickolaos Gavrilis managed to gain access to Paltrow’s London house before recently trying to get into her Los Angeles home.
The document features a handwritten note next to Martin’s name: “Lives with [Gwyneth]”.
This is despite the couple famously announcing their “conscious uncoupling” in March. Which only helps their image as the “most romantic divorce ever”.
Just after they announced their divorce, Gwyneth and Chris went on holiday together. Martin was also there to celebrate Mother’s Day with Paltrow and their two kids at their Malibu home last week.
Following her split from husband Chris Martin, Gwyneth and her family have been in the spotlight.
