It just wasn’t that great of a show.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s a solid singer and a great actress, sure, but we always wondered why she spent so much time on Glee.

Now we know for sure: it’s because she was a-courting the show’s producer Brad Falchuk.

Paltrow, 42, and Falchuk, 44, have been seen together for about a year but hadn’t made it official by posting a couple selfie to Instagram.

The lifestyle evangelist attended the premiere of Scream Queens on Monday night with her boyfriend, then Falchuk received permission from the Goopster to post a pic of the two of them to Insta.

Grammatical error aside (my date and ME, Brad), that’s really sweet. Congrats, happy couple!
