Freakshow breast surgery banned. Can’t imagine why.

Here’s a fun one.

American "model" and porn actress Maxi Mounds went from a 36C to a 36MMM via a controversial plastic surgery procedure called "polypropylene string treatment" that’s just been banned. What a shame the rest of us can’t have it now. Damn those medical authorities.

In 1996, she had silicon implants which she swapped for saline a few years later. In 2000, Maxi had her implants taken out and the pockets filled
with plastic string. A solution was injected to make the breasts
produce fluid and inflate.

Maxi’s breasts now weigh about 10kg each, she’s in The Guiness Book Of World Records for having the biggest fake breasts which are somehow they’re still growing thanks to this bizarre treatment.
