How fast would you like your internet to go? Fast. Faster than fast. That’s what everyone is talking about today after the Coaltion announced its broadband policy which seems to be a little….confused. Once upon a time, the term ‘tech-head’ used to be an insult. How things have changed.

When Tony Abbott went on the 7:30 Report last night and was unable to answer detailed questions about the Coalition’s proposed alternative to Labour’s National Broadband network, it didn’t go that well (to be fair, Julia Gillard has also described herself as ‘not a tech-head’ in the past and I’d say they’re fairly typical of their generation).
