If you, like me, ever dreamed over being Atreyu or Bastian from the Never Ending Story, riding through the night sky on the back of your very own Luckdragon we have good news for you.

There is a place, a wonderful magical place, where you can ride Falkor – and take an incredible holiday snap at the same time.

Apparently, at Bavaria Filmstadt in Munich, not only can punters pet Falkor up close, you can sit on his back in front of a green screen, with a fan blowing that Fantasia breeze right through your hair.

There’s also a whole range of other props from the film, for eg. Rock Biter is there (not ridable), and that really fast giant snail is there (not moving, but ridable) and Morla the giant turtle too (may be ridable, that’s not entirely clear).
