The end of financial year is just around the corner, and the big sales have officially begun.

Starting at the beginning of June, but mostly taking place over the final two weeks of the month, all of your favourite brands are slashing prices, big time.

It's the perfect opportunity to splurge on that new phone or laptop you've been thinking about, or stock up on wardrobe, home and beauty essentials.

With so many brands involved (it's a lot), I've listed the nine items on my EOFY wish list – plus all the best deals you need to know about.

Uniqlo Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater, was $129.90, now $99.90.

I've raved about Uniqlo jumpers many times before – they're not only good quality but affordable, too. I own a bunch of their round neck cashmere jumpers, and this year I'm nabbing the turtleneck version. They last for years.

Aere Frill Neck Relaxed Mini Dress, was $140, now $98.

You can never have too many throw-on-and-go dresses, IMO. And a black, long-sleeve one is a winter wardrobe must. The high neck will keep your chest warm while the short length will look great with stockings for winter, and without for spring.

Longchamp Le Pliage Original Shoulder Bag Large, was $149, now $119.99.

My Longchamp bag of over a decade finally needs replacing, so I'm grabbing a new one on sale. I did not know Dick Smith stocked them, but since they are all heavily discounted, that's where I'm getting my new one from!

Bond-Eye Swimwear The Mara One Piece, was $220, now $99.

Now is the perfect time to shop summer items, despite not being able to wear them. Thanks to sales like these, swimwear, shorts and dresses are at least a quarter of the price.

This one piece is at the top of my warm-weather wish list. The ultra-stretchy fabric fits size XS through to L and an A-E cup, and the colour is so flattering. I'll wear it to the beach or with shorts and sandals.

OLE HENRIKSEN Banana Bright Eye Crème, was $60, now $36.

There's a reason this eye cream is loved by so many beauty editors and makeup artists – it's that good. Not only does it hydrate the under eye area, but it really brightens and diminishes the appearance of dark circles. 

I apply it before my makeup application to ensure my concealer and powder doesn't sink into any fine lines.

Fenty Beauty Bomb Posse Eyeshadow Palette, was $75, now $52.50.

I've owned many eyeshadow palettes, but most of them include colours I've never touched. This one includes a mix of complimentary warm matte, metallic and shimmer shades that work for so many occasions. 

Daytime, nighttime, disco, I'm sorted.

Summery Copenhagen Basic Shorts, was $169, now $101.

If you've seen my edits before, you'll be across "the dress" from this brand – it's the same print, just in the dress version and the Mamamia team love it.

For this reason, I'm snagging the shorts for spring.

Spurr Benny Heels, was $69.99, now $35.

My heel collection is lacking, especially when it comes to a versatile pair that I can chuck on with jeans and dresses.

These will be perfect – the tortoiseshell will work with both black and brown outfits and the block heel will make them comfy. And hello... that price!

New Era 9Forty Aframe - New York Yankees, was $45, now $22.50.

This one needs little explanation. It's sun protection but cool. Plus, I'm a sucker for anything khaki.
