YOU GUYS
These truffles are so easy my two-year-old could make them. And I don’t even HAVE a two-year-old.
They’re so fast you can make them in your lunch break at work. So I did.
Add them to your list of things to make when you have a party to go to!*
*Or make them and scoff them yourself.
So easy, yet so impressive.
Ingredients
250g cream cheese, cubed, softened
100 g dark chocolate, melted
1 cup of plain chocolate biscuit crumbs
Crushed peanuts to roll it all in.
(we added 2 TBSP of crunchy peanut butter, too, for kicks, but you don't need it. And, you could always roll them in coconut for something different, too. That would work).
Steps
They remain good for about a week, butyouremain good for ever, because you're the kind of person that makes fudgy chocolate truffle balls.
And I found this recipe here and you better believe I'm trying that cheesecake one next.
