The newest allegations against Don Burke are some of the most disturbing.

It seems the sexual harassment allegations levelled against Don Burke on Monday may have only scratched the surface.

Since Fairfax and ABC published the results of their stunning joint investigation into allegations of improper conduct by the television presenter, more men and women have come forward to add to the claims, including two who spoke with A Current Affair on Tuesday night.

Their stories are among the most damning unearthed so far.

While the majority of the Burke’s Backyard host’s accusers have come from within the entertainment industry, ACA spoke to a former waitress named Tina Jarratt who claims to have had an encounter with Burke in the 1980s while working at a hotel in the NSW town of Moss Vale.

Jarratt claims Burke invited her and a friend to a party with him and his crew at a nearby apartment hotel.

“When we turned up to the hotel and there was only Don, no crew, I thought, ‘This is a bit odd,'” she told the program.

Despite their reservations, Jarratt said, the pair decided to stay. Some time later Burke allegedly pushed her onto the bed.

“So he was on top of me, and that’s when he said to me, ‘My wife and I have an agreement that it would be OK if I have sex with you. My wife would agree with that,'” Jarrat claimed. “That’s when I just, I freaked out. I said, ‘Get off me. No way.'”

Similar claims were made to A Current Affair by interior decorator Julie Nielsen, who appeared on a 2002 episode of Burke's Backyard.

Nielsen told the program that within minutes of arriving at her home, Burke questioned her about sex positions, forced her to change into a mini dress and attempted to push her onto her bed.

"Don came up behind me and put his legs around my legs and pushed me in the small of my back. He pushed me about five or six times, trying to get me on the bed," Neilsen said.

"I hate to think what would have happened had he gotten me on the bed... It was just disgusting. You wouldn't accept that behaviour from anyone. I'd only known him from half an hour."

Burke denied this and all the allegations against him in an interview with Tracy Grimshaw on Monday night, in which he admitted only to having affairs.
