US cable network VH1 have launched a new reality dating show. So far, so good.

Until you realise that the name of the show, Dating Naked, isn’t some clever and meaningful metaphor for the vulnerability people feel on first dates.

Oh no, it’s literal. So very, very literal.

Because the people are naked. Stark naked.

So very, very naked.

From the producers of Extreme Makeover comes one of the more confronting dating shows ever. And the premise is quite simple: couples are paired up after meeting each other for the first time and then forced to disrobe in front of each other.

Then there is naked ziplining. Naked zorbing. Naked practising yoga. And naked body painting.
