Lordy, Americans do this well, don’t they? It’s the celebrity public service announcement – this one conceived and executed by Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher and all sorts of celebrities….. I saw a short bit of this on Rove last night and looked it up. Maybe it was my mood but my cynicism quickly turned to inspiration.

My favourites: Laura Linney with no make-up and Robyn Penn-Wright who is a magnificent woman. How many can you pick? Did you notice Soleil Moon Frye (ex Punky Brewster) and two of Demi’s daughters? Anyway, I digress. I’m going to think about what I Pledge. What do you pledge?
