The best kind of new beauty products are the ones that are going to make our lives easier – and Clinique have graced us with a real gem.
You know and love their Chubby Stick lip crayons, and now Clinique has upped the ante by releasing Chubby Stick Cheek Balms. Which, when you think about it, makes perfect sense. We’ve wanted a blush in a stick ever since we drew our mum’s lipsticks on our cheeks in a crayon-like fashion.
To apply: dab it on the apples of your cheeks then blend with either a foundation brush, sponge, or with the warmth of your fingertips. Using your fingers to blend will give you the best result.
As this is a creamy formulation, it’s best applied over a liquid foundation or BB/CC cream rather than over powder foundation. These sticks of goodness are available in four shades ranging from coral to tawny brown: Amp’d up Apple, Robust Rhubarb, Roly Poly Rosy, and Plumped up Peony.
