Want to be warm AND fashionable without spending half your pay? We’ve got you covered.
Buy these now and you will wear them for many winters to come. Each of these pieces are classics, so they will go with everything you already own.
And like every week, I have made sure they are less than $100, because looking fancy doesn’t have to cost you a bunch.
1. Linen Longline blazer from ASOS.
Normal length blazers are so 2014. It’s all about length this winter, and I’m a big fan because there’s nothing worse than your hips being freezing when they’re not quite covered by your coat. The powder blue colour makes this beauty very “now”.
2. Make a Wish necklaces from Sass and Bide.
They’re beautiful, and support an excellent cause.
3. Quilted skirt from Country Road.
A mini skirt looks a bit off in winter, UNLESS it’s a thick, quilted material like this one – it’s almost like a tailored blanket. Wear with boots and a jumper… snuggle-y.
4. Monki shirt dress from ASOS.
I am a big fan of a shirt dress for work, and this has long enough sleeves to make it winter-appropriate. And can we please take a moment to acknowledge the very sweet print.
5. Step hem Merino cashmere pullover from Trenery.
It’s cashmere. For less than $100. Think of the softness…
6. Rodeo Drive Heeled Boots from Rubi Shoes.
I’m not sure if I am brave enough to wear these boots yet, but I am going to try to rustle up the courage because they are SEXY. And I don’t even like the word sexy much, but these boots kind of epitomise it.
7. Front wrap shirt from Seed.
This top drapes and falls beautifully – perfect for work and a weekend dinner. Black is always a safe bet in winter.
8. I’m Not Here denim jacket from The Fifth Label.
You know how I said that it’s all about longer jackets this winter? Well, I am going back on my word BUT only because I really, really like this denim jacket and the way it goes with everything I own.
9. Clouding over pant from Gorman.
These pants are chic, and comfortable, and ON SALE. Be quick.
10. Straight jean from Cheap Monday.
Straight leg jeans are much easier to pull off than skinny-leg styles – and more flattering, too. The cost per wear for these will probably be 0.000001 cents.
