NSW man accused of 'luring young girl' online.

A NSW man accused of sexually exploiting someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl online has been charged.

Officers posing as the girl began engaging with the man online in May, police say.

It’s alleged the conversations were sexually explicit and the Central Coast man made plans to meet up in person.

He was arrested on Wednesday morning at Lake Haven and electronic devices were seized for forensic examination.

The man was refused bail on one count of using carriage service to procure persons under 16, and is due to appear at Wyong Local Court on Thursday.
