The Council of Fashion Designers of America throw a do every year to honour outstanding contributions to the field of fashion. This year Lady Gaga picked up the Fashion Icon Award, dressing somewhat appropriately for this in an aquamarine wig and Marc Jacobs was honoured for his lifetime achievement to the fashion industry.
