Brunch is widely accepted to be the most delicious meal of the day.
Despite all its benefits (deliciousness, yumminess, happiness etc), the cost and time needed to wait for your eggs at a cafe can make even the most brunch-devoted amongst us consider throwing our skinny cap on the floor and storming out.

Benefits include it being delicious, healthy, easy to make and cheap.
Negatives include having to try and pronounce ‘dukkah’ correctly (dook-uh? duck-ahh?).
