How could we ever forget the iconic see-through top Bridget wears to the office in the first film?

Well, it's back and better than ever in Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy. In a delightfully nostalgic fashion moment, Bridget contemplates wearing the same sheer top with a black bra for her date with Roxster.

And you know what? We kind of see the vision now. We see you, fashion pioneer Jones!

Remember when our favourite chaos queen first hooked up with Daniel Cleaver? In classic Bridget fashion, she was wearing her most practical, full-coverage knickers — much to Daniel's surprise. Not exactly the sexy lingerie moment she'd probably planned.

Years later in Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy, we see Bridget having a familiar wardrobe crisis while getting ready for a date with the younger Roxster. When she discovers her trusty big pants in her drawer, she has a proper Bridget moment, greeting them like an old friend before deciding that perhaps something a little more... well, date-appropriate might be better.

Look, I don't want to be dramatic, but I literally squealed, clutched my chest, and maybe shed a tiny tear when that reindeer jumper made its triumphant return to our screens.

You know the one. The gloriously daggy Christmas sweater that Mark Darcy (Colin Firth at his most deliciously brooding) was forced to wear when he first met our beloved Bridget Jones.

And now? In the most perfect full-circle moment, it's Bridget's son, Billy, wearing the iconic jumper. I mean, could there BE a more perfect way to honour Mark's memory? (Sorry, still not over it).

In what can only be described as peak Bridget energy, our favourite chaos queen and her ride-or-die besties raise a toast to Mark with these... wait for it... mysteriously milky BLUE cocktails.

Look, as far as iconic movie moments go, Bridget Jones belting out Celine in her penguin PJs while dramatically gesturing with a wine bottle is one of them. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the same pyjamas pop up again in the latest film.

In what can only be described as the most delightfully self-aware callback in cinema history, we've got Roxster diving into a pool to save a dog at Talitha's party. And wouldn't you know it? He emerges in a soaking wet shirt that had the entire cinema collectively raising their eyebrows

And the moment I saw Roxster emerge from the water in his slightly unbuttoned shirt, I knew exactly what the Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy team was doing. Well, had done.

The moment is a cheeky nod to that infamous Pride and Prejudice scene when Mr. Darcy (played by Colin Firth) emerged from the water and launched a thousand fan edits and made "wet shirt" a legitimate cultural moment.

Brenda Jones.

Remember Brenda Jones? Well, she's back.

As Bridget returns to the workforce, she is mistakenly referred to as "Brenda Jones". And OG Bridge Jones fans will know that that is exactly the name she was called for years by her former colleague, Mr. Tits Pervert. Oops… I mean Mr. Fitzherbert.

Twenty-four years ago, we watched Mark Darcy chase our girl through London's snowy streets while she was dressed in what can only be described as a chaotic combination of leopard-print undies, a cardie, and runners.
