What do you get if you combine Dirty Dancing and Bindi Irwin? A match made in corny heaven.

Irwin, 17, is competing in the US series of Dancing with the Stars and was hoisted in the air a-la Baby and Johnny in Dirty Dancing (and, yes, they had to practice the lift in the water too).

Irwin has been dancing her heart out all series and the US audience is in love with her positivity and energy. (Well, her mother is American.)

We’ll let you be the judge of whether it’s corny sweet or corny saccharin. But either way, she nails it: judges gave her and partner Derek Hough a perfect score, and the audience gave the pair a standing ovation.
