Big Mac Tacos.
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
For the tacos:
8-10 wheat or corn tortillas
400g beef mince
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
8-10 slices of cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
½ finely diced onion
Finely chopped burger pickles (about 15 pickles in total)
For the sauce:
½ cup mayo
1 tsp pickle juice
2 tbsp chopped pickles
1 tbsp diced onion
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tsp paprika

Method:
Finely dice or chop the lettuce, onion and pickle.
To make the sauce, add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
For the tacos, spread your raw beef mince thinly over your tortillas.
Season with salt and pepper and fry (meat face down) in a hot oiled pan for 4–5 mins, or until the meat is golden brown and fully cooked.
Flip so the meat is facing upwards and add your slices of cheese.
Lower heat and cook until the cheese starts to melt and the tortillas are crispy.
To serve, add pickles, onion, lettuce and "Big Mac" sauce over your tacos and eat immediately!
