kids

The easy way to answer all of your kid's tricky science questions.

What is space? How far away is it and what happens up there? Why can’t we see it in the daytime?

These are legit tricky questions kids ask and some parents don’t quite know how to answer.

So, if you don’t want to serve up a “keep the rabbits out” scenario then here’s your answer. It’s Mamamia’s kids’ podcast, The Beanies.

Episode seven of the ten part series is all about space!

Hosts, Michael, Laura and Mim enter the world of Piggy Stardust, an astronaut on a quest to find out if there are milkshakes on Mars.  On the way The Beanies educate us on the planets in our solar system and sing the original song “Space Shake.”

Professor Know-It-All is back to explain space, the universe, the solar system, galaxies, and stars. Easy right? Whew.

There’s a pretty great explanation of being in orbit.

We’re happy The Beanies are here to help out with those science questions (we might not remember).
