A tour inside Bec and Chris Judd's lavish $1.9 million family home.

Rebecca and Chris Judd have put their family home valued at $1.9 million up for auction following its renovation transformation.

The four-level townhouse in the flashy suburb of Melbourne’s Prahran features a private outdoor terrace, four bedrooms, a barbecue area and magazine-like minimalist style.

The home recently underwent a top-to-bottom make-over as part of Season Three of the 33-year-old presenter’s online series The Style School.

McGrath agent Michael Townsend told The Herald Sun the property came with all its freshly styled flourishes.

“All the artwork, linen, cushions, throws — absolutely pretty much what you see is what you get,” he said.

“It’s literally walk up and start living the Prahran lifestyle with the utmost style … it’s definitely got a rock star sort of X factor to it.”

Photos of the lavish abode have been released by McGrath Real Estate to entice buyers — but they’re also giving us some serious style inspiration.

The couple plan on using the proceeds of the sale to make the charitable purchase of housing for graduates of a local drug rehabilitation centre.

“They’re partnering with a drug rehabilitation charity based in Pakenham called Windana,” Townsend said.

“So following the sale they’ll look to acquire a property, and we’ll assist them in negotiating a property purchase, in that sort of south eastern corridor which will be used as transitional housing for graduates of the Windana drug rehabilitation centre.”

The property was the first home Rebecca and Chris bought together after moving from Perth to Victoria in 2008. It was reported they lived in the house for around seven years before leasing it out.

The home is set to be auctioned on Sunday, December 4.
