Rebecca Judd shares the terrifying result of a failed nappy change on Instagram.

Bec Judd might be one of the most glamorous women in Australia, but that doesn’t exempt her from a good ol’ poo explosion every now and then.

The 33-year-old mother of four, who gave birth to twin sons Tom and Darcy late last month, has shared a nightmarish photo on her Instagram story that has our entire office screaming.

Her caption says it all: “When changing nappies doesn’t go to plan.”

Bec has been refreshingly honest about her busy mum life so far, sharing everything with her 575,000 followers from her "wearing 50 pairs of Spanx" to her "feed burp sleep repeat" daily routine.

At the Lavazza Marquee on Melbourne's Derby Day on the weekend, the TV host revealed her baby-making days are over.

"It still has not sunk in that I am a mum of four,’’ Bec told Herald Sun's celebrity correspondent on Saturday.

"... I went and had my hair and makeup done, put on a dress and am feeling almost like my old self again. I have just been in baby mode.

"They are my last newborns. I am never going to go through this again, so I am just trying to not rush it, not rush getting back into work, and live in the moment and enjoy my babies.’’

Given that tiny poo disaster, we don't blame you, Bec!
