The Bachelor's Bec Chin shares her feelings about last night's show.

It’s no secret that The Bachelor Australia contestant Bec Chin, along with Ebru Dallikavak and later eliminated Jacinda Gugliemino were all mortified by last night’s Groundhog Date.

After many shocked faced and what seemed like bucket loads of tears, the three women explained how they felt incredibly embarrassed by having gone of three identical dates.

But for Bec Chin, having to relive the events as the show aired last night proved too much to handle, as she took to Instagram to share her “awful experience”.

"Thank you to my girl Emily for staying on the phone with me for 3.5 hours last night after having to relive that awful experience aka "groundhog date,"" Chin wrote. "You have and continue to keep me sane throughout this entire insane journey."

Simms who hasn't had a good run herself (click here to read more) then responded, "Awwww My Beccy! Loved our chat last night, was like being back in the mansion again... I was even sitting on my bedroom floor! Haha."

"I'm so sorry you girls had to go through that horrible date... It was nothing short of disgusting what really happened. Baby you're keeping me sane too! Can't wait to visit you in Sydney soon!"

While we're sure the experience has been a trying one for all of the remaining bachelorettes, it's lovely to see the women have developed strong friendships during their time in the house.

While we're yet to know if either have found love, we can safely say they each have found a killer friend.
