Day 9 sees the Royals rushing around Canberra on their tour.

It is the second-last day of the Australian Royal Visit and everyone is taking the last 24 hours with the Royals seriously.

Today, Kate and Will have left little George with the nanny and headed out to take in all Canberra has to offer. Kate has rugged up for the chilly Canberra morning in a beautiful green, long-sleeve Catherine Walker dress-coat and Will, well, he’s wearing a suit.

First stop this morning was the National Arboretum to do a very royal activity – plant a tree. We think Australia’s number of new trees have doubled since the Royals arrived.

They then went to a local playground and mingled with locals and kids where Kate reportedly told a royal fan that George’s cot will be full of tiny teddies.

They then headed to Parliament House for a reception with PM Tony Abbott.

This was followed by a visit to the National Portrait Gallery, before they headed home for a quick change to attend a Government House Reception with over 100 people attending.

Kate wore a stunning white Lela Rose cocktail dress with a fabulous updo, while William wore a navy blue suit.
