'Prankster' journalist climbs under America Ferrera's skirt.

Actress America Ferrera has been the victim of an incredibly unfunny prank, after a red carpet reporter tried to climb under her skirt at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

Red carpet reporter Vitalii Sediuk managed to slip through security at the premiere of How to Train Your Dragon 2, diving under Ferrera’s long white dress as she was standing for group photos alongside fellow cast members Cate Blanchett and Kit Harrington.

It was not the Ukrainian journalist’s first controversial red carpet stunt. Will Smith slapped Sediuk in the face after he tried to kiss him on the lips at on the red carpet at the Men In Black III premiere. He was also arrested after making it on stage at the 2013 Grammy Awards.

Ferrera looked visibly upset as a result of the incident.

And rightly so. That was not a prank, that was a creepy act which she would have every right to interpret as sexual assault.

Can’t a super talented lady walk down a red carpet in an awesome dress without creepers throwing themselves under it?
