Just when you thought Alyssa Milano, 42, couldn’t be more of an awesome breastfeeding crusader, she’s gone and outdone herself.

The mum-of-two took to Periscope, a live broadcasting platform, to show herself breastfeeding her 11-month-old daughter Elizabella.

Milano was having her hair and makeup done by Linh and Scott, when she shared a tweet directing her followers to the live stream.
