Ada Nicodemou talks about the tragic stillbirth of her son.

‘I miss my baby.’

Ada Nicodemou and her husband Chrys Xipolitas announced the heartbreaking news that their baby boy Harrison was stillborn last August.

Just over nine months on, Nicodemou has talked for the first time about her family’s loss and how she constantly thinks of Harrison every single day.

Nicodemou's second pregnancy was unplanned. After struggling to conceive her two-year-old son Johnas and undergoing IVF, falling pregnant with Harrison appeared to be a blessing.

Speaking to New Idea Nicodemou said, "We will never be the same people we were, and I hate that."

"How do you cope with this? How do you cope? For both of us, what’s upsetting is that this is part of our story now. It’s something you never imagine. It’s just one of the most unnatural things you could ever go through," Nicodemou continued.

Nicodemou went on to explain that feeling like a complete person is a struggle she faces daily. "It’s not that I will never be a complete person again, but I just wonder... How can I say? I just feel I can never be completely happy again because this has happened," she said.
