There's nothing as relaxing as nestling on the couch with an enthralling reality show to give you a little slice of escapism from your busy life.

The secret ingredient to this relaxation recipe is to find a show with multiple episodes and seasons to get into. There's nothing worse than feeling totally at ease, with many snacks still to be eaten, and finding that you've burned through the one new episode of the week.

Then the endless scroll of what to watch next begins again and trust me, I know how draining this can be. It's my job to write about TV, host an entertainment podcast and interview reality TV stars, so I now know where to find the good stuff.

This is where 7Bravo, the new destination on 7plus comes into play. You can stream the world's best reality, entertainment and true crime shows all in one place.

And it's all for free.

But since there's so much to choose from, here's my list to get you started.

Here are 11 reality shows on 7Bravo that you probably haven't watched yet, but that you'll want to devour immediately.

1. Below Deck Down Under

If you can’t get enough of what I like to call the Below Deck cinematic universe (featuring Below Deck Mediterranean and Below Deck Adventure, along with the original Below Deck offering) then Below Deck Down Under needs to be added to your watch list immediately.

And don’t worry, you don’t need to have inhaled the other shows (although we strongly recommend you do) to enjoy the Aussie offering in this franchise.

Below Deck Down Under tracks the dramatic lives of the crew members who both work and live on a luxurious 150-foot-plus superyacht.

It’s basically a workplace dramedy set against the glorious backdrop of the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.

2. The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip

There’s no denying that the Real Housewives franchise is a super force in the TV space, and The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip series are like bringing together the franchise's biggest stars for the ultimate crossover event.

Ultimate Girls Trip brings together Real Housewives favourites such as Kyle Richards, Brandi Glanville, Vicki Gunvalson, Eva Marcille, Phaedra Parks, Camille Meyer, Caroline Manzo, Alex McCord, and Gretchen Rossi.

Against the backdrop of glamorous locations, from Dorinda Medley's fancy Berkshires abode Blue Stone Manor, to Marrakech, Morocco, the series is packed with drama, tears, drunken escapades, secrets, and some pretty elaborate fashions.

The reality series follows six twenty-something American women as they follow their dreams of living as expats in Paris. It’s a series with plenty of romance, and a few scandals, and will make you feel like you’ve escaped to the city of love just for the afternoon.

4. Million Dollar Listing New York

The world of luxury real estate, and the colourful characters that work within it, will never not make for good TV.

And this is where the magic of Million Dollar Listing New York, a spin-off of the popular Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, comes into play. Along with all the dramatic dealings, unabating relators and the opportunity to get a peek behind the curtain of how high-end real estate dealings work, the best part of the series is feeling like you’ve been swept up in the glamour of New York.

This entry to Below Deck really ups the stakes when it comes to what our crew members get up to on screen.

Season 6 of Below Deck is jam-packed with plenty of drama, as Captain Lee takes to the crystal clear waters of Tahiti. With new cast members and the return of his most trusted stew, Kate, the series follows an array of mishaps and romantic duos, as they try to ensure smooth sailing.

If you’ve watched other iterations of the Real Housewives franchise, then you’ll have a pretty good idea of how The Real Housewives of Dubai plays out.

But there’s also a chance that you’ve missed this new entry to the Housewives franchise (it only premiered last year), and if that’s true then you need to jump on the bandwagon immediately.

The series follows the glamorous lives of Nina Ali, Chanel Ayan, Caroline Brooks, Sara Al Madani, Lesa Milan and Caroline Stanbury, with Phaedra Parks of The Real Housewives of Atlanta appearing in a recurring guest role and gives you a sumptuous look into the highlife in Dubai.
