ICYMI: There's a new Uber competitor exclusively for women.

 

In case you missed it, there is a new ride sharing service in the US named ‘Chariot for Women’, which markets itself exclusively to female passengers, or males under 13. In addition, all the drivers are female.

The aim of the service is to make women feel safer. But we can’t help but wonder, does only hiring employees of one gender constitute discrimination?
