And if you’re thinking that things also couldn’t be more awkward than when the Bachelor mansion residents go from 22 to just three, you’d be right.

That's why the final three girls are being kept apart for the rest of the show. No more girl chats after every rose ceremony.

The one and only Keira makes an appearance on this week's episode of Bach Chat.

Speaking toMamamia, frontrunner Nikki confirmed that the group camping trip was the last time all of the Bachelor girls were able to spend time together, since after hometown dates they are kept separate.

"From hometowns we're all separate, and I appreciate why it has to be like that," she said.

"Obviously, we've got really deep feelings at this point and it just wouldn't be fair to have us all hanging out...having a couple of cocktails just chatting. It's just not reality."

Nikki also revealed that the girls weren't told that their camping trip would be their last time together.

"We didn't realise it at the time that that was really the last hoorah. It was really nice that we had that opportunity to all chill out together. From then on in, we're not seeing each other apart from in the rose ceremonies."

After dropping the 'L bomb' on Richie during his visit to her family last night, the competition is surely getting intense. That doesn't mean that there is any meanness or bitchiness between the last girls standing: Nikki, Alex and Olena.

"We’re each other’s biggest support, particularly at this end of the competition," said Nikki.

"We have no hard feelings against each other. We’re completely aware of what we’ve got ourselves into and understand there’s only going to be one girl at the end. That doesn’t mean it makes the other girl a bitch or that it’s not fair or any of that...you can’t blame anyone if it doesn’t go the way that you want it to."

See who is left in the competition for Richie's heart...
