Kate Hudson spent the American fourth of July weekend singing in her kitchen drinking ‘coffee’ at seven o’clock in the morning.

Hudson, 36, is either a very chirpy morning person or she was drinking a substance we like to call ‘voffee’ – a coffee/vodka combination that’s sure to make you sing your national anthem while embarrassing your kids.

The actress posted the incriminating video to Instagram and captioned it:

“7:30am and I’m feeling seriously patriotic! Happy 4th of July! #ProudAmerican #StarSpangledBanner #RedWhiteAndBlue #GearingUpForFootballSeason #MyKidsAreGoingToBeSoEmbarrassed #WokeUpTheNeighbors.”

Given her performance of ‘You’re So Vain’ in How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days, we forgot that Hudson can actually sing – she’s got the Glee IMDb credits to prove it.

Hey, if Hudson’s performance is the most embarrassing thing she’s done to her children – four-year-old Bingham and 11-year-old Ryder – they should consider themselves lucky.
