The Beds are Burning by Midnight Oil? Khe Sanh by Cold Chisel? Julia Gillard has been hanging out with Barack Obama this week and as any good guest would do, she took a little gift. Really little in size but huge in content. The Australian reports:
“Barack Obama will be able to remember Julia Gillard’s Washington visit with a rockin’ “best of” mix of Australian music featuring Jimmy Barnes, Hunters and Collectors and Kylie Minogue.
The Australian people – through the Prime Minister – have given Mr Obama an iPod full of Aussie music for presidential road trips and passing the time on Air Force One.”
